I Teach K!
Guess what came in the mail? My I Teach K conference shirt. I can't wait to board that airplane headed for Vegas in July with my coworkers! So excited!

Kindergarten Graduation
Today was our Kindergarten Graduation. I am so sad to see this little group move on. They are so sweet to me. There will always be a special place in my heart for this class as they were my first group of kindergarteners. I have been so blessed to be their teacher. It will be fun to watch them through the years of elementary school.
I have started cleaning and packing up my room for the summer. I came across some fun things that we did earlier in the year. I had already forgotten about doing some of these activities. It was a reminder of why I started this blog- to document our activities so I can remember what I want to do again each year.
I have three more days left of school and then a big weekend planned. I hope to blog more consistently starting next week about plans for next school year.

The End of A Fabulous Year!!
I am finishing up my 13th year of teaching, but my first year of teaching kindergarten. And it has been THE BEST YEAR EVER!!! I love this job!! I have enjoyed every single day of going to work. Planning and carrying out the lessons has been so much fun. The children are so sweet and willing to learn. I have truly found my calling. I have blog searched and learned from the Internet all year long. I am going to use this blog to document all of the fun things I have found and to help improve and reflect on my teaching.
